Salvador has experience solving problems related to the design of electromagnetic devices and electrical machines. His idea is to help to solve problems related to the design of magnetic and electromagnetic devices using different methodologies (analytical, numerical, experimental, etc). In addition, he is offering a review design service to verify preliminary and final designs of magnetic and electromagnetic devices like power transformers, electrical machines, magnetizing fixtures, devices with permanent magnets, etc.

Design of Magnetizing Fixtures (Magnetization of Permanent Magnets)

Salvador is offering consultancy services to design magnetizing fixtures to magnetize different permanent magnet materials (Neodymium, Samarium Cobalt, Ferrite, AlNiCo) for different industrial and commercial applications. In addition, Salvador is offering consultancy services to verify the feasibility of the process of magnetization of magnets for special projects. Finally, he is offering services to design magnetic equipment to allign magnet powder for the manufacturing process of permanent magnets.

Magnetic and electromagnetic technology is expensive, fascinating, and interesting but it must be analyzed and developed following a correct and adequate process and utilizing adequate design tools. From experience, many magnetic and electromagnetic companies don't follow the correct process to develop technology which leads to the loss of a lot of money (and investors) and the permanent closure of these companies in a couple of years. For this reason, Salvador is offering help to develop magnetic and electromagnetic technology following an adequate design and developing process and educating about the correct tools to do this.
